Welcome to The Google Smmm ("we", "us"). By creating an account or placing an order you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
1. The service
The Google Smmm is a social media marketing panel. We resell digital marketing services (followers, views, likes, subscribers and similar engagement) delivered by third-party providers to public links you supply.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password and API key secret. All activity on your account is your responsibility.
- One person may hold one account. Duplicate accounts may be suspended.
3. Orders
- Links must be public until the order is completed. Orders to private, deleted or changed links cannot be delivered and may not be refunded.
- Delivery times shown are estimates, not guarantees. Start and completion times depend on the platform and provider.
- Do not place a second order on the same link while one is running.
- We may cancel and refund any order we cannot fulfil.
4. Payments and balance
- All services are prepaid. Funds added to your wallet are used only for services on The Google Smmm.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and non-withdrawable, except where required by law.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes on used balance will result in immediate account suspension and recovery of the amount.
5. Refunds
Our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms. Canceled and partially completed orders are refunded to your wallet automatically.
6. Acceptable use
You may not use The Google Smmm for illegal content, harassment, spam, or to violate the terms of any social platform. We are not affiliated with Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, TikTok or any other platform, and we cannot guarantee how they treat delivered engagement.
7. API
API access is provided as-is. Abuse (excessive requests, sharing keys) may lead to rate limits or termination.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Google Smmm is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or actions taken by third-party platforms on your accounts.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
