• Order data — the public links, services and quantities you order.
• Payment data — amount, method, transaction reference and, for manual payments, the proof you upload. Card or wallet details are handled by the payment provider, never stored by us.
• Technical data — IP address, browser, device and login times, used for security and fraud prevention.

2. Why we use it

• To provide and deliver the services you order.
• To process payments and prevent fraud, duplicate accounts and chargeback abuse.
• To answer support requests and send service notifications (order status, low balance, tickets).
• To comply with legal obligations.

3. Sharing

Order links and quantities are passed to our delivery providers as required to fulfil the order. Payment information is shared with the payment gateway you choose. We do not sell personal data.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies for login sessions and preferences (language, currency). Optional chat or analytics widgets may set their own cookies.

5. Retention

Account and order records are kept while your account is active and as long as required for accounting and legal purposes. Payment proof screenshots are deleted after review.

6. Your rights

You may access, correct or request deletion of your data by contacting . You can delete API keys and log out all devices from your account page.

7. Security

We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, rate limiting and login alerts. No system is 100% secure; please use a strong, unique password.
